How To Paint Both Sides Symmetrical

In this article I’m going to talk about a very important part of face painting. What can be so important?

Simply this:

Achieving symmetry.

If you’re an old hand at face painting, you probably don’t even need to think about symmetry while you’re painting.

But for many beginners, this can be a big stumbling block… so I think it’s only right that I offer you a few tips to help you in this matter.

Here’s my tips:

Firstly, with practice it gets much easier (like everything I suppose… so saying this probably isn’t much help).

One tip that may help you is to paint your “weakest” side first. What do I mean by this? I mean if you’re right handed, paint the left side first. (vice versa if you’re left handed).

By doing this, you’ll find it much easier to make the right side match up with the left side.

Give it a try, and see if it helps.
